Itsatashathing: #Blogtober16 Day 9: Films I don't get tired of watching

Hi everyone,

We're onto day 9 and it's about my favourite films, the ones I could watch again and again and not get tired of.

I don't have many but here are a few that I could watch over and over:

  1. Harry Potter (Any of them. I currently have the Philosophers (sorcerers) Stone out.)
  2. Confessions of a shopaholic
  3. The proposal
  4. Cinderella (original)
  5. The Holiday

I honestly can't think of any more films that I could watch again and again without getting bored of. There probably are more but none that I can think of until I watch it.

Also a big happy birthday to my wonderful boyfriend Aron, thank you for being the most wonderful boyfriend and you are going to make the best Daddy.

QOTD: what ae your favourite films?

Tasha x

Itsatashathing: #Blogtober16 Day 7: What made me start blogging?

Hi everyone,

A week into #blogtober16! October is already going so quickly, it's scary to think where 2016 has gone.

Anyway todays post is about my blogging journey and what made me start blogging.

To be honest my reason is as basic as ever.

The reason I started blogging was because I loved to read other blogs and their opinions on things. It made me want to express my own and that's why I started my blog.

I also wanted to start doing something as a hobby and I loved the idea of blogging.

If you haven't started blogging and you're reading this, blog because you want to.

QOTD: Why did you start blogging? Or if you haven't started a blog what makes you want to start one?

Itsatashathing: #Blogtober16 Day 6: Favourite Christmas/Birthday present ever

Hi Everyone,

Day 6's post is on my most favourite Christmas or Birthday present I have ever received.

Now this is tricky as I have received so many lovely presents over the years that it's hard to pick just one.

See I love getting all the little bits like stocking fillers and Lush products. Opening my stocking on Christmas morning has to be on of the highlights of Christmas.

So I am going to have to go with a recent Christmas present from my boyfriend. He brought me a lovely silver bracelet (it looks like a traditional christening style bracelet) and engraved all around it are the words 'I love you'. It was such a lovely present to receive as I know he picked it out and it came from his heart. I'm scared to wear it in case I break it or lose it. It was our first Christmas together as well.

Itsatashathing: #Blogtober Day 5: My childhood career choice

Hi everyone,

On to day 5! Today is all about what career I wanted as a child.

I never had a set career in stone but there was always the one I went back to: a make-up artist and a hairdresser.

As I mentioned in the who am I post as a child I always went round doing hair and make-up. I guess this is where this career choice stemmed from. I do regret not following this childhood dream as I still want to do these today.

Another career choice I had when I was about 12 was to be an interior designer. Seriously, I have no idea where this idea came from. I guess I liked home wear and had an eye for style. I know what I like and what goes well together.

Last but not least I wanted to be a teacher. I guess it's somewhat like I do as a career now. This came from sitting at my little desk in my bedroom and lining all my toys up and setting them 'tasks'.

QOTD: What would you're ideal career be if you could take it today?
