I've finally done it... I started my YouTube!

Hello my lovely lot!

How are we all? I'm on half term this week and so is Darcie. We don't have a lot planned, just a few bits here and there. Anyone else on half term this week? What's your plans?

Anyway, to the reason I am writing this post and you already know by the title of the post... I started YouTube! I have finally done it! After years (and I mean years, we're probably talking about 6/7 years) I actually managed to gather the courage to start my YouTube. I can't believe I left it all this time because of caring about what others would say. I'm not going to lie I still worry about what others say. However, it was getting to the point that if I had left it any longer I probably wouldn't have done it at all.

Now, none of this changes my blog. I'm not leaving my blog, because if it wasn't for my blog, I probably wouldn't have gathered the courage at all! My blog has helped guide me in the right direction and it'd put me in contact with some of the most supportive people ever! I was actually quite overwhelmed with the support everyone showed towards my first video. I am so thankful for all of you! If anything you'll probably see more on here as every time I post a new video, I'll share it to my blog.

So here's the link to my channel: Itsatashathingg YouTube. I would absolutely love if you could go and subscribe to my channel, it would mean the world to me!

Here are my two recent posts:

Thank you all for your support it really does mean more to me then you'll ever know!

Time for Single Vegas Girl.

A little about Single Vegas Girl: 'I'm a girl testing all the dating apps while living in Vegas and blogging about it at a friend's suggestion.' Her post's will either leave you laughing at what goes on the sights or thinking 'what just happened?!' as there is some completely weird and wonderful things that happen to her, especially the Tinder Barney is a dinosaur post. Itsatashathing: My bucket list

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share with you the things I really want to do and get out of my life, so I thought I would make a bucket list post. This could be anything from places I really want to go to, things I want to do or things I want to achieve. I can then write about them once I have (or if) I achieve them and share with you my experience. This way we can go on a little journey together. I will also update the list and make you aware each time something new comes up. I'm sure as I enter parenthood I will have a lot more goals and wishes in my life.

  1. Visit the Harry Potter studio tour around Christmas time. This is because I would really like to see the set dressed up for Christmas.
  2. Go to New York at Christmas. It just seems like a fairy-tale
  3. Continue my blog and just stick with it. I love writing my blog, I feel like it's a complete getaway for me.
  4. Have the perfect wedding. I see myself getting married in a lovely church or castle, surrounded by the people we love the most. having lovely pictures taken afterwards and then on to a lovely reception.
  5. Go on holiday to Florida. It's always been my dream to go to Disney world and have a magical time. Especially since Harry Potter world was made.
  6. Visit Ireland. I've always wanted to visit Ireland.
  7. To document as much as I can of our little girls life. Those early days are priceless and days you can never get back. I want to make the most of them and make something for us to remember them by and to show her when she's older.
  8. To reach 1000 followers! I honestly don't know what I would do if this happened, other then throw a massive giveaway.
  9. Start a YouTube account. I think I am a little to nervous to do this at the moment but I'm working on my nerves.
  10. Go swimming with dolphins. This is something I have always wanted to do and haven't been able to do so yet.
  11. Become a make-up artist. Again it has always been something I have wanted to do but never known how to achieve it.
  12. Do a charity run/walk. I don't mind for which charity as long as it goes to a good cause.
  13. Complete a reading list. I haven't actually completed a reading list but now I have started blogging I feel I should.
  14. Have a day trip in London sight seeing with baby when she is old enough. I was about 12 when I experienced London for the first time (in the respect of sight seeing) but I feel it would be even more exciting when you are younger.
  15. Prefect the art of cake making. Not to blow my own trumpet but I am not to bad at making cakes but I would like to make the extravagant ones.
  16. To be able to forget any past unhappiness and focus on the future. A lot of my anxiety is from past experiences, I don't really talk about this on my blog because I want to show the happy me. However, if it's something you would like to know about let me know. It's not that bad it's just things I find hard to let go of and they end up in the way of my adult life.
  17. Go on a Family Picnic. I love picnics and to do this as a family would e lovely. I have a few memories of them as a child so I want the same for my little girl.
  18. Have a race track experience. I would love to go in a Ferrari around Silverstone race track.
  19. Go to a blogging meet up. I would love to meet other bloggers.
  20. Own my own home. I would love to one day own my own house.

I hope you have enjoyed reading this. I dare say I will be adding to it over time as I think of more things I would like to do and get out of my life.

What's on your bucket list?

Itsatashathing: Would you rather beauty tag

Hi everyone,

I thought I'd do another tag today. I love doing these and I always love to read them, so here goes.

1.Would you rather go out with messy hair and nice make-up or Nice hair and no make-up?

A: I think I would rather go out with nice hair and no make-up. I can never get my hair right so if this was the one opportunity I'd have to have perfect hair, I'd take it.

2.Would you rather shave your eyebrows or have your eyelashes fall out?

A: I think have my all my eyelashes fall out. I'd just where fake ones to make up for not having them.

3.Would you rather be forced to shop at only MAC or Sephora for the rest of your life?

A: I'd pick MAC as we don't have Sephora in the UK.

4.Would you rather wear lipgloss/lipliner look or 80's perm?

A: I think I'd go for 80's perm as I've always wanted curly hair.

5.Would you rather leave the house with an obvious foundation line or overdone blush?

A: This is difficult! I'm just going to go with overdone blush. I don't know why but I think I'd rather that than a obvious foundation line.

6.Would you rather wear MC Hammer pants or biker shorts in public?

A: I'm going to go MC Hammer pants to save everyone from my translucent legs.

7.Would you rather have a bad orange-y spray tan or really weird tan lines that can't be covered?

A: I think I'd rather the weird tan lines. I don't really fake tan so it's hard for me to choose.

8.Would you rather have a bad haircut or bad hair color?

A: Bad haircut. I've never coloured my hair before so I'd rather go with the haircut.

9.Would you rather have youtube or twitter taken away forever?

A: Probably the hardest question in this tag. I'm going to go with Twitter. I'd still have Facebook so that makes up for that but nothing really makes up for YouTube.

10. Would you rather give up using make-up brushes or mascara?

A: I'm going to go with giving up using make-up brushes. I don't think I could live without using mascara.

Hope you enjoyed reading this. If you have a go yourself leave a link below so I can have a read of what you would rather.
