Hi everyone,

Today's letter is 'N'. N is for...

N is for Nutrition
So I will be the first to admit I am probably not the healthiest of eaters. Especially at the moment when what I want to eat changes from day to day. One day I could want mountains strawberries the next day I could be wanting chocolate buttons. I do, however, try to eat the best I can and especially for baby as I know it is important for her development.

My favourite fruits would have to be strawberries, grapes, raspberries and peaches.

My favourite vegetables would have to be broccoli, carrots, swede and sweetcorn.

However, I can say I haven't been very healthy tonight and went to the local southern fried chicken shop and had chicken, chips (not that I ate many), onion rings and coleslaw. Coleslaw has vegetables in it so that counts as something right?
